The library offers a variety of free weekly yoga classes. All levels of experience are welcome. Classes are taught by 200-hour Kripalu Yoga Instructor, Leah Pacione and held in the Community Room.

Gentle yoga postures are explored in different variations while sitting, standing and balancing during this yoga class. Connect your mind, body and breath with the support of a chair.

Gentle YogaMondays at 11:15 a.m.
Start your week off with a new mindset. In this monthly series, a specific area of the body will be targeted throughout the yoga practice. Bring a yoga mat if you have one and be ready to release and relax.

Family YogaTuesdays at 11:45 a.m.
Slow down and stretch with family yoga; it’s a great opportunity for children and parents to have fun and stay healthy together!
